Experience a Closing of the bones Ceremony with this package If needed, give yourself this time to release any suppressed or surface level emotions/ feelings related to your pregnancy, labor and birth experience (especially if it was a lost) Included: Birth Debriefing Closing of the Bones ( which includes a womb massage) Aromatherapy Faux candles 1 hour of childcare (during your bath only) Physical Reintegration: During pregnancy and birth, a woman's body undergoes immense physical changes. The pelvis widens and expands to accommodate the growing baby and facilitate birth. The Closing of the Bones ceremony, often involving gentle massage and the symbolic wrapping of the body (especially the hips) with cloths like long scarfs, aims to help realign and "close" the bones and muscles, supporting the body's return to its pre-pregnancy state. This can alleviate physical discomfort, promote healing, and stimulate blood flow. Emotional and Spiritual Closure: Childbirth is a transformative rite of passage, often accompanied by a whirlwind of emotions, from joy and love to exhaustion, anxiety, and even trauma. Energetically, many traditions believe that the mother's spirit can feel "open" or scattered after the intense experience of birth. The ceremony provides a sacred and nurturing space for the mother to process her birth story, release any held emotions or trauma, and symbolically "close" the chapter of pregnancy and birth, allowing her to reintegrate her spirit and energy back into her body and fully step into her new identity as a mother. ​ This ceremony allows you to grieve your pregnancy and/or desired birth experience. With the closing of the bones, you will be able to realign with your uninterrupted life force. As we close your body back together and promote deep core and spiritual healing.
